These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Garud Puran mobile application (“the App”), published by Vinviter - Video Invitation Maker , Wedding, Ecard (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.About the App

Garud Puran is a religious and educational reference application presenting Garuda Purana–related material and related spiritual tools, which may include stories (katha), shlokas, audio, reels, a multi-day spiritual journey, Q&A guidance, panchang information, meditation features, and a jaap (chant) counter.

The App has a general-audience content rating on Google Play. Parents or guardians should supervise use by younger users as they consider appropriate.

2.Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use the App if you can form a binding contract under the laws of India, or if you are a minor using the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3.Informational and Spiritual Disclaimer

Content in the App is provided for spiritual, cultural, and educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional ritual advice. It is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified pandit, guru, priest, physician, or other professional.

Panchang timings, city-based calculations, journey guidance, afterlife descriptions, and related materials may be approximate, interpretive, or traditional in nature. You use such information at your own discretion and risk.

4.No Account Required

The App does not currently require email/password registration. Certain features may associate activity with a device-based identifier and a server-assigned user ID. You are responsible for activity occurring from your device while using the App.

5.Licence to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the Google Play terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content, except as expressly allowed by us or by features of the App (such as the system share sheet for personal sharing).
Scrape, harvest, spider, or systematically extract content, data, or media from the App or our servers.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks, or attempt unauthorised access.
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

6.Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, text, audio, video, images, compilations, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by Vinviter - Video Invitation Maker , Wedding, Ecard or used under rights sufficient for presentation in the App. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Garuda Purana is a traditional scripture. Presentations, translations, narrations, arrangements, recordings, artwork, and editorial selections in the App are protected as our curated content. Downloading or using the App does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

You may share App links or content only through the App’s intended sharing features for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not misrepresent the source or modify shared materials in a misleading way.

7.User Content and Device Features

If you create or import custom mantra audio, or use microphone/speech features for jaap, that material remains on your device unless you choose to share it through the system share sheet or another method you control. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any audio you import from your library or files.

8.Notifications

With your permission, the App may send local and/or push notifications (including via OneSignal / Firebase Cloud Messaging), such as reading reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your Android device Settings.

9.Fees, Ads, and In-App Purchases

The current version of the App does not include third-party advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Standard network data charges from your carrier may apply. We may introduce fees, subscriptions, or advertising in future versions; if we do, we will disclose them in the App and/or Google Play listing, and additional terms may apply.

10.Third-Party Services and Links

The App may rely on third-party services (for example, OneSignal / Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, hosting/CDN providers for content delivery, and Google Play platforms). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or apps you open via share actions or external links (including WhatsApp for support).

12.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that content is complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific ritual, medical, or personal decision.

13.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NISHABEN PATEL AND HER AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 1,000) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. BECAUSE THE CURRENT APP VERSION IS OFFERED WITHOUT A PURCHASE PRICE TO US VIA IN-APP PURCHASE, THIS CAP IS INTENDED TO LIMIT LIABILITY CONSISTENT WITH A FREE APP WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

14.Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vinviter - Video Invitation Maker , Wedding, Ecard from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person.

15.Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

17.Governing Law

18.Google Play Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Vinviter - Video Invitation Maker , Wedding, Ecard only, not Google LLC. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. The App is distributed through the Google Play Store, and your download and use of the App must also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Play usage rules in effect at the time.

Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, has no warranty or liability obligation with respect to the App. Any claims relating to the App or your possession or use of it — including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property infringement claims — are our responsibility and not Google’s, except as required by applicable law.
